This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of GetTheReferral.com Inc. (“GTR,” “we”, “us” or "our") and how we handle personal information that we collect through our digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy, including our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), as well as through social media, our marketing activities, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy. GTR may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies for specific products or services that we offer at the time we collect personal information.

GTR provides a software solution that focuses on helping companies produce more referrals. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers while providing the GTR platform/services to them. Our use of such information may be restricted by our agreements with those business customers. If you have concerns regarding personal information that we process on behalf of a business, please direct your concerns to that business.

Our websites, products and services are designed for businesses and their representatives. We do not offer products or services for use by individuals for their personal, family or household purposes. Accordingly, we treat all personal information we collect as pertaining to individuals in their capacities as business representatives and not their individual capacities.

We obtain only the specific images you chose to modify using the App (these images, but not limited to, are profile picture); we do not collect your photo albums even if you grant us your access to them. We make commercially reasonable efforts to verify that the parties with whom our mobile application shares personal information provide a level of protection of personal information consistent with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, except that all such parties described above other than service providers and affiliates may, to the extent permitted by law, use personal information as described in their own privacy policies.

The Service is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age.
